Return policy
We are confident that our jewelry will satisfy your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within the 30 days following shipment for a refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling costs).
Return procedure:

Contact our customer service department at 1-800-931-3121 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Return the merchandise to us in the original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice and the return authorization number. Ship the parcel with insurance to the address indicated below by courier and obtain a tracking number for your records. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to verify its authenticity and condition.
- The refund or the credit note (in the case of an exchange) will be provided in the same format as your initial payment within ten working days.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

The original invoice and the return authorization number must accompany the item returned.
- The item must be returned in its initial condition. It must not have been worn and it must show no signs of wear or modifications.
- Any item damaged as a result of client negligence cannot be returned.
- Personalized items (customized or engraved) cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- Shipping and insurance fees are not refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY
When will your order be processed?
Most orders are shipped within one or two business days, which is the time required for processing, preparing and shipping your order. Rings that require sizing will be shipped within three or four business days.
Your order must be sent to the address indicated on your credit card receipt, which we will verify with the credit card issuer.
No deliveries are made to post office boxes.
If you know that you will not be there to receive your order or if you want to give a surprise gift, you can ask to have your shipment delivered to a UPS service centre.
We ship only in Canada.
